Achieve Care Homes is an independent provider of therapeutic care to young people aged 8-18 years, who suffer with ESBD. The company provides a wrap-around service which includes Residential Therapeutic Children’s Homes, Education, and 16+ Semi-independent provision. We work closely with our partners Ambimind, who provide our in-house therapeutic support for young people. The therapeutic service is provided through a fully qualified and dedicated staff team who operate on a 24hr per day rota.

Our homes are strategically placed to provide a safe, secure and nurturing environment which incorporates a level of normality. We have 2 and 3 bedded homes which sit in semi-rural locations across the Bolton Borough and North West Region. We aim to provide a warm family environment for young people to enable them to settle and feel at home.

Our care packages are individual, and needs led, we ensure a robust matching process when considering placements to give all young people the very best chance of success.

The aim of the organisation is to utilise our resources in a way that can provide a well structured and well organisation support package for all young people that come into our service, we aim to deliver on our mission statement:-
