Branas Isaf has delivered exceptional therapeutic care and education (at our fully registered school and vocational centre) to young people with harmful sexualised and associated complex behaviours, for over 20 years. We also have an AALA Registered Outdoor Activity Centre.
Our extensive experience identifies us as a national leader in providing interventions and support to young people. Our therapeutic model of care, education and therapy ensures a consistent and outcome driven approach, with the young person at the centre of everything we do. Dr Carl O’Neil leads the Clinical team and therapeutic approach; we utilise the ‘Good Lives’ Model at Branas Isaf.
Our highly skilled Therapists and Psychologists are also involved in the training of our staff teams. We have a strong and lasting commitment to our employees and provide on-going support and development. A number of our staff have been employed for over 5 years. Branas Isaf does not use agency staff in any of their children’s homes.
Branas Isaf provides a cost effective focus to maximise the value of placements for both the young people and Local Authorities. We always recommend long-term placements with our average placement length being 92 weeks.
