Overley Hall School in Shropshire is an independent, residential special school and children’s home, providing education and residential care for children and young adults from eight to nineteen years, who have a range of complex additional needs and diagnoses, including autism and learning disabilities.

The education campus and residential care accommodation are located on one site, in a peaceful, rural setting, with many features and facilities that benefit students, including: Sensory Rooms, soft play room, walled kitchen garden, woodland areas, workshops, playground and hydro-pool.

We are dedicated to offering every student a wide variety of good quality learning and leisure experiences, both on and off-site, to enhance their learning opportunities and quality of life. We have a person-centred, therapeutic approach, through which we nurture and support each individual’s interests and progress towards their own personal potential and level of independence. This is done
through the delivery of a waking day curriculum. We work in close partnerships with parents, carers, placing authorities and a range of professionals.
