Progressive Care is a specialist provider of residential care for children, young people and adults, family assessment services, learning disabilities services, family contact and care.
Our Pathways Children’s Residential Service provides residential care and support for children/young people and is outcomes focused.
We provide Transitional Care Services for children aged 12+ to adulthood, supporting transition towards independence and integration into the local community.
We offer the provision of supported group living accommodation for young people aged 16+ to adulthood, providing young people with guidance and support towards independence, and helping
sustain their independence within their own home.
The principle objective of our Residential Family Assessment Service is to provide a safe and nurturing environment of residential support, intervention and / or assessment to families,
Our 365 days a year, fully supervised Observational Contact Service ensures the physical safety and emotional well-being of children and assists in building positive relationships between children and other family members.
All our services are overseen and supported by our Therapeutic Team.
